Developing people enables organisations to develop their performance. In addition to workshops and training programmes, one-to-one coaching is a powerful way of addressing the challenges that individuals face.

Using a structured approach, with experienced and qualified coaches, Crossroads can support individuals – and sometimes teams – to achieve what they want to achieve.

Whatever the starting point – an individual’s own perception; a challenge arising from a change of role; a performance review – we agree goals with the coachee and the organisation. We also agree a finite programme; coaching should not be open-ended, although flexibility within a framework is needed.

We match clients with coaches whose experience and approach will be best suited to their needs. We draw on a wide range of models and psychometric tools, as appropriate.

We have experience of working with managers at all levels. We can provide coaching in English, Turkish and French.
