Developing people

One of a manager’s most important roles is to develop his or her team members.  Some managers are better at it than others.  Most would benefit from learning new techniques and approaches.  Some of these techniques, such as delegation, can even free some of the manager’s time.

This workshop helps managers to see the value of spending time developing people and to understand the central role of continuous dialogue.
