When I was responsible for training programmes in Asea Brown Boveri we identified the need to develop the management skills of our people. We worked with Crossroads and they helped us to develop a common management style in the company and a common way of communicating. This was invaluable.

The programme consisted of a number of modules spread over a period of time. This approach was extremely beneficial as the trainer established action plans with the participants after each module and we were able to observe and measure the improvements in behaviour and performance as the project continued.

Crossroads’ trainers are very experienced, not only in delivering interactive and stimulating training and in their knowledge of the topic but they are also experienced business people and this added an extra dimension to the group discussions. They were able to talk about real examples from business life and provide a challenge to the participants.

The company organises their training sessions in a very efficient way and I personally much appreciate the communication style of the company. They cultivate long-term relationships with their clients, get to know and understand the company in depth and keep in touch regularly in-between projects. They show a real interest in supporting the people they work with.
